As an author Thommy crafted “Never Sleep Again,” which details the making and legacy of horror icon Wes Craven’s 1984 classic A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET. A trade version was released though Permuted Press/Simon & Schuster. His latest novel, the teen thriller “Jinxed,” (Vesuvian Books) is the first book of a trilogy and has been called “A must-read for classic horror fans…Inevitable and shocking. Brutal and beautiful. Homage and originality…Hutson could easily take on the mantle as the next Lois Duncan.” The book has reached #1 in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and Thommy is hard at work writing the first sequel, entitled “Cursed.”
In addition, he is currently writing the screenplay for the upcoming teen thriller INSTAFAME (Stargazer Films) as well as developing a horror anthology series with Louis Shaw Milito And Phil Conserva (Boilermaker Entertainment).
